You know I love the outdoors. I love to move, not for the exercise part of it, that’s boring. But because it’s just fun, and it makes me feel great. All those brain chemicals start pumping that are the ‘feel good’ ones, and I’m on a roll!
Of course, this four-letter word, M O V E, is something that we know enhances our lives immeasurably. It’s the key to so many benefits as we get older. I won’t go into it here…you can just tune in to Dr. Oz or Google the benefits of movement as we age, and find out for yourself.
I do a lot of the stuff–MOVE–that is! Here’s just a peek at how fun it can be! Im sure whevereve you are, there are wonderful sights, sounds, smells and places to explore by riding a bicycyle. I must mention that my extended riding is part of my training for an upcoming 2-day bike ride of 150 miles at the end of June, so I have to get my tush, my heart, my hands, my legs, my breathing, my everything in shape.
While I can show you some of the sights through my pictures, which, by the way, are taken with my cell phone, I’ll try to give you some ideas on what my other senses, taste, smell, feel, sound, experienced! Come ride with me and enjoy ‘My Bohemian Life.’
Click here I’ll double head ya on my bike!
